SAGGING OF BREASTS - PREVENTION

Exercise to avoid sagging of breast

Step 1

  • Raise shoulders to 90°.
  • Bend at elbows and form the palms of your hands, fingers pointing outwards.
  • Press the palms tighter to hold for count of 5 and then relax.
  • Repeat several times.
  • Feel the breasts lift every time you press the palms together.

  • Raise the arms to head level.
  • Palm position remains the same.
  • Repeat pressing the palms against each other.

  • Lower the arms to abdominal level.
  • Repeat same, keeping arms away from body and fingers pointing outwards and palms together.
  • Toning up of muscles on the underside of the breast to maintain the contour after breast feeding has stopped.
