SAGGING OF BREASTS - PREVENTION
Exercise to avoid sagging of breast
Step 1
Raise shoulders to 90°.
Bend at elbows and form the palms of your hands, fingers pointing outwards.
Press the palms tighter to hold for count of 5 and then relax.
Repeat several times.
Feel the breasts lift every time you press the palms together.
Step 2
Raise the arms to head level.
Palm position remains the same.
Repeat pressing the palms against each other.
Step 3
Lower the arms to abdominal level.
Repeat same, keeping arms away from body and fingers pointing outwards and palms together.
Toning up of muscles on the underside of the breast to maintain the contour after breast feeding has stopped.
