EGG BASKETS

Cooking time – 10 minutes

You will need:

  • 4 hard–boiled eggs
  • 30 gms margarine
  • 60 gms mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Skin and chop mushrooms, fry them in margarine.
  2. Cut eggs length wise, take out the Yolks.
  3. Mash the Yolks and mix them with the mushrooms, add seasoning.
  4. Keep the egg whites warm, fill with mushroom mixture.
  5. Arrange stalks of parsley to look like handles
