Eggs

GOLD ROD EGGS

Cooking time – 10 minutes

You will need:

  • 5 eggs
  • 300 ml tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Asparagus tips
  • Mushrooms

METHOD

  1. Hard boil the eggs and when they are cold slice three of them and chop the white part of the other two.
  2. Add these to the sauce and season.
  3. Put into a dish, add the eggs and sieve the other egg yolks over the top.
  4. Serve with asparagus tips and grilled mushrooms.
