EGGS FOR DIETERS
Most people like the scrambled eggs with
plenty of butter in the pan and possibly a little milk or cream mixed with eggs. This
tastes delicious but makes the egg into a more fattening food.
The secret is to grease a dish at the
bottom, stand this over boiling water, add the seasoned and well beaten eggs and cook
slowly over the boiling water, stirring well.
