Recipes of Salads

COTTAGE CHEESE MOULDS:

You will need:

  • 275 ml of tomato juice or milk
  • Seasoning
  • 2 tsps chopped parsley
  • 2 dessert-spoons powder
  • Gelatine
  • 250 gms Paneer or finely grated cheese
  • 150 ml of water

METHOD

  1. Beat tomato juice or milk very gradually into cheese until smooth mixture.
  2. Dissolve the gelatine in hot water.
  3. Add the gelatine to the cheese with seasoning, and parsley
  4. Pour into 4 small moulds and when set turn out and serve with salad.
