FISH AND CUCUMBER SALAD

You will need:

  • Lettuce
  • 150 gms. White fish (cooked)
  • 200 gms Cucumber
  • 200 gms Tomato juice
  • Seasoning
  • Fennel, dill or parsley

METHOD

  1. Use 400 gms. Cooked white fish per person.
  2. Mix with tomato juice, seasoning, pinch of chopped fennel, dill or parsley and serve on lettuce.
