FRENCH TOMATO SALAD:

You will need:

• Tomatoes
• Shallots or onion
• Parsley
• French dressing

METHOD

1. Select large ripe tomatoes and slice them evenly.
2. Chop finely some shallots or onions, chop a little parsley and scatter both over the tomatoes.
3. Marinate with French dressing and serve very cold.
