
VEGETABLE CORN BAKE
Preparation time 15-20 minutes
Serves 2
- ˝ cup boiled corn
- ˝ cup boiled mixed vegetables
- ˝ onion, chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped
- ˝ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Grated cooking cheese
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
Crush boiled corn
slightly. Heat half teaspoon butter in non-stick pan. Sauté the onions and green chilies, the boiled vegetables, corn and milk and cook for
2-3 minutes till well blended. Season to
taste. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle cooking cheese, dot with butter ands grill for 5-7 minutes till the cheese is brown and bubbly.
