
VEGETABLE ROLL
Preparation time 15 minutes
Serves 2
- 3-4 lettuce leaves/cabbage leaves
Filling
- Diced carrot
- Boiled peas
- Chopped tomato
- Chopped onion
- Chopped Capsicum
- Yogurt dip
METHOD
Wash and pat dry the leaves. Mix all the ingredients for
the filling. Pile the filling on the leaves and roll tightly. Secure with a tooth pick.
Serve over bed of cucumber slices.
