CHICKEN PUREE SOUP


Cooking time - 1½ hour

You will need:

  • 200 gms. Cooked chicken meat
  • Chicken soup seasoning
  • 1 dessert-spoon corn flour
  • Tiny knob of butter
  • 1 litre of water
  • 250 ml of milk

METHOD

  1. Simmer the carcass in the water for 1 hour, then strain.
  2. Add the cooked chicken meat and milk and cook for a further 15 minutes, then rub through a sieve.
  3. Blend corn-flour, add butter, seasoning.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
